About  Yak and Chauri

Yak and Chauri

Yaks are large, long-haired bovines found primarily in the mountainous regions of the Himalayas, They are well-adapted to high altitudes and cold climates, possessing thick fur and strong bodies. Domesticated yak are commonly used by humans for their milk, meat, and fur, as well as for transportation.

Chauri, a hybrid species resulting from the crossbreeding of yaks and domestic cattle, shares traits from both parents. Like yaks, they are hardy and able to thrive in cold, rugged environments, but they also inherit the versatility and adaptability of domestic cattle.
